The union makes it seem like I’m family and they’ll do anything to help me keep my job. Attendance is very important.

You work for a intermodal contractor. You do not work for the Railroad. Parsec,Inc is contracted to handle the intermodal equipment, trailers and load and unload the Railroad cars.

I have been at this job for a year and a half I cannot say nothing better about this place it has changed my life I make above average money work all the overtime I want to work and also get to spend time with family everyday we do high profile logistics work and the benefits are better than the pay

Bad place to work for i dont recommend it low paying job for a subcontractor company not worth also they force you to work overtime and they give you half a point if you dont stay also, they brainwashed you tell you everyrhing you want to hear ao that you can work for them. But what they dont tell you is that when their is no work they tell call you to stay home only high seniority people work. Also union sucks, one more thing the benefits also suck their the cheapest of the health plan's.

They are supposedly a good company to work for but, they do not let you know, like they say they would, as to whether or not you're moving on in the interview process. They told me I would be notified within a week. It's been about two weeks!
